The current KDI is 1,500 total check-ins. Pastor Nate’s proposed 1,200 unique people changes the measure as well as the number; it is not simply a lower version of the same target.

Choose a team for its weekly trend. People who serve on multiple teams appear on each team, so team unique counts do not add up to campus unique people.

Recent = latest four reported Sundays for that campus. Four-month averages include Sundays with no check-ins for a team when its campus reported; missing campus entries are excluded.
Source and counting method
- Source: Planning Center Check-Ins, the six SUNDAYS campus events. Includes all check-in categories within serving locations. Guatemala child-location trees are excluded; Guatemala serving teams are included.
- Total check-ins count service assignments (CheckInTime). Unique people are deduplicated within each Sunday across the selected campuses, teams and service times. An average of weekly unique people is not the number of different people across four months.
- Window: May 21–September 20, 2026, containing 18 Sundays from May 24. Missing campus entries are unknown, not zero. All-campus averages use 17 complete Sundays; campus averages use that campus’s reported Sundays.
- Recent trend compares the latest four complete Sundays for the selected scope with the preceding four. Dates are shown beside the averages. A short-term trend is not a forecast.
- Historical team eligibility uses the current Planning Center location hierarchy. Two eligible check-in records have no person ID: their check-ins remain in totals but cannot be included in unique people.
- KDI target and deadline: KDI page, reviewed September 21, 2026. The published KDI is currently total check-ins; the unique-person target is a recommendation for leadership approval. No campus-specific targets have been assigned.
